A game warden stops a duck hunter at the end of a days hunt and asks to check his birds. The hunter says, "Sure, go right ahead."

The warden picks up the first duck puts his finger up its ass and smells it and says, "This is a Utah duck. Do you have a Utah license?" The man pulls out his wallet and shows him his Utah license.

The warden picks up the second duck puts his finger up its ass, smells it and says, "This is a Wyoming duck. Do you have a Wyoming license?" The man shows him his Wyoming license.

The warden then picks up the third duck sticks his finger up its ass and says, "This here is a Colorado duck. Do you have a Colorado hunting license?" The hunter shows him his Colorado hunting license.

The game warden says, "You sure do carry a lot of hunting licenses with you. Where you from anyway?"

The hunter drops his drawers bends over and says, "You're so damn smart, you tell me!"

THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE BUSINESS WE ARE HERE TO SELL YOU FUN!!!!!

NOW FOR THE JOKE.......HA, HA, HA,

The Lone Ranger and Tonto went camping in the desert.

After they got their tent all set up, both men fell sound asleep.

Some hours later, Tonto wakes the Lone Ranger and says, “Kemo Sabe, look towards sky, what you see?”

The Lone Ranger replies, “I see millions of stars.”

“What that tell you?” asked Tonto.

The Lone Ranger ponders for a minute then says,

“Astronomically speaking, it tells me there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets.

Astrologically, it tells me that Saturn is in Leo.

Time wise, it appears to be approximately a quarter past three in the morning.

Theologically, the Lord is all-powerful and we are small and insignificant.

Meteorologically, it seems we will have a beautiful day tomorrow.

What's it tell you, Tonto?”

“You dumber than buffalo shit. It means someone stole the tent.”

REAL MONKEY BREAD

Ingredients

3 Tubes of Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 biscuits per tube)
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 stick or margarine
2 to 3 teaspoons of cinnamon

Equipment

Dutch oven
small pan
knife
gallon plastic baggie

Instructions

Put white sugar and cinnamon into gallon baggie. Cut biscuits into quarters putting a few of them in the baggie at a time, shaking them to coat and put them into dutch oven. Melt margarine and brown sugar together in pan and pour biscuits in dutch oven and bake until biscuits are done.

NOW FOR SOME HUMOR:

To be a happy camper, remember:
- A tuba placed on your picnic table will keep campsites on either side vacant.

- A hot rock placed in your sleeping bag will keep your feet warm, but eating a hot enchilada works just as well and is less dangerous.

- You can compress the diameter of your rolled-up sleeping bag by running over it with your car.

- A two-man pup tent should not be used either by two men or a pup.

- A potato baked in coals for an hour makes a good meal. One baked for three hours makes a good hockey puck.

- In emergency situations, you can survive by shooting small game with a slingshot made from the elastic in your underwear.

- A large carp can be used for a pillow.

- You can get even with a bear who steals your food by going to his favorite stump and eating the ants.

- The guitar of a noisy teenager makes excellent kindling.

- You can duplicate the warmth of a down-filled bedroll by climbing into a garbage bag with two geese.

- You'll never get lost if you remember that moss always grows on the north side of your compass.

- Bear bells are convenient for campers in grizzly country. (The tricky part is getting them on the bears.)

Hello Fellow Campers,

We are on the countdown to SPRING!!!! Does anyone have any big plans for the camping season? This is month for Love!!! What would say I LOVE YOU more than a new camper...Think of the romantic evenings around the campfire or the long hikes through the woods. Jerry Pressley RV Center has added alot of new inventory. We have a camper to meet any need or want.

I have been busy lowering our prices on BigDiscountrv.com If you find a lower price on any item give us a call and we will do our best to meet and beat that price. We are willing to do what we can to make sure that everyone has a fun safe camping season. Do you think adding a Kids Page to the website would be a good Idea? I have found lots of toys and games to keep the little ones entertained.

Let me know what your thoughts are sarah@bigdiscountrv.com The sales side of Big Discount RV has also got a FACEBOOK PAGE

which is named JERRY PRESSLEY RV CENTER

Please come leave your comments and any tricks or tips to making the camping season BETTER for all of us..

We would also like some postings about different campgrounds and the differents spots to vacation to..

THIS IS ONE OF BEST TIPS I HAVE HEARD IN A LONG TIME

Use Plastic Hanger Clips for Food Clips

When shopping for clothes that are on the plastic hangers with clips, like skirts, shorts, slacks, always ask for the hanger. You can cut the little clips out away from the plastic hanger and then smooth any rough spots with sandpaper and you have some of the best, strongest clips for your chip bag, bulk cereal bags, etc. You can even ask for them at the stores. They will hand them over to you, the hangers that is. Enjoy the idea and get to saving that money!

NOW ON THE FUNNY SIDE HERE IS MONTHLY JOKE::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

A new priest, born and raised in Texas, comes to serve in a city parish and is nervous about hearing confessions, so he asks the older priest to sit in on his sessions.

The new priest hears a couple of confessions, then the old priest asks him to step out of the confessional for a few suggestions.

The old priest suggests, "Cross your arms over your chest, and rub your chin with one hand and try saying things like 'yes, I see,' and 'yes, go on,'and 'I understand.'

The new priest crosses his arms, rubs his chin with one hand and repeats all the suggested remarks to the old priest.

The old priest says, "Now, don't you think that's a little better than slapping your knee and saying, "No shit, what happened next?"

THAT IS A GOOD ONE.......................

Before I go I just want to say thanks to all our FELLOW CAMPERS for the comments, orders, and feedback you have gave to us. We are starting 2012 to a great start.

I am very excited this year for the camping season. We have bought a new motorcycle trailer and can't wait to travel more on the bike. Does anyone have any good places to go campimg on the motorcycle? I would like to hear from more of you on my facebook page

Big Discount RV Parts Store

The story is told of a lady who was rather old-fashioned, always quite delicate and elegant, especially in her language. She and her husband were planning a week’s vacation in Florida, so she wrote to a particular campground asking for a reservation. She wanted to make sure the campground was fully equipped, but didn’t quite know how to ask about the toilet facilities. She just couldn’t bring herself to write the word "toilet" in her letter. After much deliberation, she finally came up with the old-fashioned term BATHROOM COMMODE. But when she wrote that down, she still thought she was being too forward. So she started all over again, rewrote the entire letter referring to the bathroom commode merely as the BC: "Does the campground have it’s own BC?" is what she actually wrote. Well, the campground owner wasn’t old-fashioned at all and when he got the letter, he just couldn’t figure out what the woman was talking about. That BC business really stumped him. After worrying about it for awhile, he showed the letter to several campers, but they couldn’t imagine what the lady meant either. So the campground owner, finally coming to the conclusion that the lady must be asking about the local Baptist Church, sat down and wrote the following reply:

Dear Madam:

I regret very much the delay in answering your letter, but I now take pleasure in informing you that a BC is located nine miles north of the campground and is capable of seating 250 people at one time. I admit it is quite a distance away, if you are in the habit of going regularly, but no doubt you will be pleased to know that a great number of people take their lunches along and make a day of it. They usually arrive early and stay late. It is such a beautiful facility and the acoustics are marvelous…even the normal delivery sounds can be heard. The last time my wife and I went was six years ago, and it was so crowded we had to stand up the whole time we were there. It may interest you to know that right now a supper is planned to raise money to buy more seats. They are going to hold it in the basement of the BC. I would like to say it pains me very much not to be able to go more regularly, but it surely is no lack of desire on my part. As we grow old, it seems to be more of an effort, particularly in cold weather. If you do decide to come down to our campground, perhaps I could go with you the first time you go, sit with you, and introduce you to all the other folks. Remember, this is a friendly community.

Sincerely,
(Campground Owner)

Merry Christmas Fellow Campers,

I hope everyone is getting ready for Christmas and to bring in a New Year.. Here at BIGDISCOUNTRV.COM we are very excited for the New Year to begin.

Not many campers heading out to the grounds here in Illinois. Wish I could head south with them for warm sun, but someone has to stay here and answer

the phones and internet requests. http://www.bigdiscountrv.com/contact.htm

HERE IS A LITTLE HOLIDAY HUMOR

The Santa Claus at the shopping mall was very surprised when a young lady aged about 20 years old walked up and sat on his lap. Now, we all know that Santa doesn’t usually take requests from adults, but she smiled very nicely at him and asked ‘What do you want for Christmas?’ ‘Something for my mother, please,’ replied young lady sweetly. ‘Something for your mother? Well, that’s very loving and thoughtful of you,’ smiled Santa. ‘What do would you like me to bring her?’ Without pausing, the lady answered quickly, ‘A millionaire son-in-law.’

Your Eggnog’s Too Strong

If you see a fat man …
Who’s jolly and cute,
wearing a beard
and a red flannel suit,
and if he is chuckling
and laughing away,
while flying around
in a miniature sleigh
with eight tiny reindeer
to pull him along,
then lets face it…

Your eggnog’s too strong!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. HAVE A SAFE NEW YEAR!!!!

I had a special request last month to include this next part. I probaly won't do as good as Jerry, but I am trying. Just let me know

There were two old geezers living in the backwoods of the Ozarks.... Rufus and Clarence. They lived on opposite sides of the river and they hated each other. Every morning, just after sun-up, Rufus and Clarence would go down to their respective sides of the river and yell at each other. "Rufus!!" Clarence would shout. "You better thank yor lucky stars I cain't swim... er I'd swim this river and whup your ass!!" "Clarence!!!" Rufus would holler back. "Ya’ll better thank your lucky stars that I cain't swim either or I'd swim this river and whup your skinny butt!!!" This happened every morning for twenty years. One day the Army Corps of Engineers comes along and build a bridge. Still, every morning, every day for another five years this yelling across the river goes on, even with the bridge. Finally, Mrs.Rufus had had enough. "Rufus!" she squallers one day. "I cain't take no more!! Every day for 25 years you've been threatenin' to whup Clarence’s ass. Well, there's the bridge... go git em." Rufus thought for a moment, chewed his bottom lip for another moment. "Woman!" he declared, snapping his suspenders into place, "I'm gonna cross that thar bridge and I'm gonna whup Clarence's ass!!!" He walked out the door, down to the river, along the riverbank, came to the bridge, stepped up onto the bridge, walked about halfway over the bridge, looked up... turned tail and ran screaming back to the house, slammed the door, bolted the windows, grabbed the shotgun and dove under the bed!! "Rufus!" cried the misses. "I thought you wuz gonna whup Clarence's butt!!!" "I was, woman, I was!!" he whispered. "Rufus!" cried the misses. "What in tarnation is the matter?" "Well," muttered the terror-stricken Rufus, " I went to the bridge... I stepped up on the bridge... walked halfway over the bridge… looked up..." "And?" asked Mrs. Rufus, breathless with suspense. "And," continued Rufus, "I sawed a sign that said "Clearance, 13 feet, 6 inches." He ain't never looked that big from the other side of the river!"

P.S.

To the gentlemen looking for sheets that will fit a short queen mattress, I have found some and will have them listed on web page by the end of the week. We will also have lots of new products

The cooler nights are here and nothing is
better than sitting by the campfire. I don't
want to have to think about winter, but I
guess Mother Nature is going to make me.
I will be running a winterize special starting
in November. This is last month to have fun
with the specials, so I will be putting on
the weekly specials for the month of October.
Come check our page every Monday morning
to see what the Deal of Week will be.

If you have any suggestions just drop
me a line sarah@bigdiscountrv.com

Baked Apples

Ingredients
· Granny Smith Apples
· butter
· brown sugar
· cinnamon candies
· caramels

Preparation
Use as many Granny Smith Apples as you
need for your camping crowd. Core
the apple, leaving a thin layer on
the bottom. In the cored out area,
put a pat of butter and about a tablespoon
of brown sugar. This will depend
on how big your apples are, remember
the brown sugar will melt down into
the butter. The rest is up to you,
you can put in a few cinnamon candies,
or a couple carmels, depending on
the flavor you like. Wrap the apples
in foil, (if your coals are hot,
double wrap, if they are cooler,
single wrap). The apples are placed
on the coals, and rolled evey 10
minutes or so. They usually take
about a half hour, depending again
upon the heat of your coals. If you
are lucky enough to have a freezer,
you could add ice cream when you
serve these. We have also served
them with a whipped topping, cheese,
or if your a purist...just as they
come from the fire.

COOKED APPLES IN THE FALL ARE ALREADY
HERE'S A GOOD QUICK RECIPE I FOUND

This recipe can be used with any combination
of fruit and cake mixes. Experiment and see what
your favorite combination is. (Try cherries w/
chocolate cake, apples w/ yellow cake, peaches
w/ white cake.....the possibilities are endless)

butter

2 16 oz. cans of fruit pie filling (your
    choice)

1 box cake mix (your choice)

1/2 C. Water

Butter the inside and bottom
of the lid of the Dutch oven. Pour
the pie filling in the Dutch oven. "Dump" in
the cake mix. Spread evenly. Dot top with
butter. Pour the water on top. Place lid
on Dutch oven. Put in coals. Shovel some

is constructed of durable 13 oz. vinyl with
the images of your choice printed directly onto the fabric. "Fun In

the most advanced machinery in the business. NO decals here! The edges of
our heavy-duty fabrics are heat welded to provide more durability than stitching,
which can dry out with long term exposure to the elements. Our custom-made
valance, which is a separate piece, will
add the finishing touch to your vibrant awning. (On scenic orders, the awning
image will continue onto the valance.) Our fabrics are designed to fit A&E
