Campfire Chili

Makes 5 servings

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 pound(s) hamburger
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1 14.5 oz. can stewed tomatos
• 1 16 oz. can pinto beans
• 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
• 1 c ketchup
• 2 c water
• 4 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1/2 green pepper, chopped
• 1/2 jalapeno, diced without seeds
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Cook hamburger, onions and garlic together over medium high heat until hamburger is cooked thoroughly. Then add remaining ingredients in the order listed above and mix. Simmer chili over medium low heat for 15 to 20 minutes and serve.
