Parmesan Chicken

  • 1/4 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
  • Dash pepper
  • 4 t. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 lbs chicken parts
  • 1/4 t. Oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Dash garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. Milk
  • Paprika

Combine crumbs, 2 t. Parmesan, oregano,garlic and pepper. Roll chicken in mixture. Arrange in 2 qt. Shallow baking dish (12x8x2). Bake at 400 for 20 mins. Turn chicken bake 20 mins more. Blend soup & milk. Pour over chicken . Sprinkle with paprika & remaining parmesan. Bake 20
mins more or until done . Arrange on platter. Stir sauce & pour over chicken. Serves 4
