Mountain Pie
- Loaf of Bread
- Some real Butter
- A can of your favorite pie filling.
- A few pie irons.
Directions:
Butter two pieces of bread, put one slice butter side down in the
pie iron. Spoon in three tablespoons of your favorite pie filling,
and then
cover it with the other slice of bread, buttered side up. Close
the Pie Iron and put it in the fire. Turn it every three seconds
for about four
minutes. Remove from the Pie Iron and enjoy!
Additional comments:
The pie filling can be replaced with pizza toppings, cheese,
1 teaspoon of your favorite sauce, pepperoni, etc. Leave
in the fire
just a
