Campfire Reubens

  • Rye bread
  • Sliced Swiss Cheese
  • Sliced Corn Beef
  • Sauerkraut
  • 1000 Salad Dressing

Directions:
Generously butter the bread place buttered side on pie iron, layer with 1 slice of cheese, 2-3 slices corn beef, 2-3 spoonfuls sauerkraut, 1-2 T. salad dressing. Top with other slice of bread , buttered side toward iron. Bake over coals till golden brown. Enjoy!
