Sloppy Joes

Cooked ground beef seasoned with sloppy joe mix
Butter
Cheese
Bread

Directions:
Place 1 slice of buttered bread on pie iron. Pile 2 T. (more or less) sloppy joe meat on unbuttered side of bread place 1 slice of cheese on top of meat. Add other slice of buttered bread. Cook over fire until golden brown.
